Who handles your enquiry
Enquiries sent to reserve@emeex.ae are handled by EMEEX RESERVE TRADING FZCO, the controller of personal data in that correspondence. Trading licence: DMCC-1025794. Registered address: Unit No: 452, DMCC Business Centre, Level No 5, Jewellery & Gemplex 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
For enquiries and privacy requests, contact reserve@emeex.ae. The company entering into any eventual supply contract is identified in the commercial offer.
Information you provide
We receive your email address, company details, the product and quantity requested, packing and delivery preferences, specifications and any other business information you choose to include in your email, signature or attachments. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry.
The website prepares your request in your browser. It does not send form entries to a website database or save an enquiry history. “Prepare email” opens a draft in your email application; “Copy request” copies the text to your clipboard. We receive the enquiry only when you send the email.
Purpose and your choice
We use the information to understand your requirements, identify suitable supply, prepare a quotation and communicate about the enquiry. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
The form asks for your consent to this processing and includes the consent wording and policy version in the prepared message. Where applicable, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract or meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Who may receive information
Information is shared only as needed to handle your request: with the relevant EMEEX company, supply and logistics counterparties, service providers or authorities where legally required. Product specifications can be shared to obtain an offer; personal contact details are limited to what is needed for that purpose.
Hosting, email services and international sourcing may involve processing outside your country or the UAE. Any transfer of personal data must have a basis and safeguards required by applicable law. You can ask us for information about the recipients and transfers relevant to your enquiry.
Website preferences and technical data
The catalogue stores your selected language and manually selected theme in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it using your browser settings. The catalogue does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Hosting and email providers may process connection and service data, such as IP addresses, browser information and delivery or security logs, to operate their services. This is separate from the product enquiry prepared in the form.
Retention and protection
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations or legal claims. Data no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted or anonymised.
Access to enquiry data is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes. The catalogue does not retain a copy of the completed form. Your email application, clipboard and browser may retain information under your own settings.
Your rights and updates
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy or transfer of your data, or withdrawal of consent. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
